Beck’s sent two very professional and respectful young men to inspect our chimney. We weren’t sure if it would need to be cleaned so they checked that for us first. It did not and they were very upfront about that so we didn’t have the unneeded expense of a chimney flue cleaning. They were actually early, but called first to ask if that was OK.
